We currently have two models available 

First an industrial unit with twin racor 1000 filter stacks and a pre filter capability of 681LPH

Second is a smaller unit for pleasure crafts twin racor 500 filter stack and prefilter capability of 224LPH

Please contact us regarding your requirements filter ratings can be adjusted for ultra clean and on site analysis can be carried out during and after cleaning.

We carry a filtertechnik particalpal this allows us to carry out on site oil condition testing straight from tank or from pressure systems up to 200Bar with full print out of results, this unit is very versatile covering oil from diesel fuel to hydraulic oil to heavy gearbox oil we have you covered.

We have a self contained hydraulic cleaning unit allowing all your service lines and onboard tank cleaning to be completed to remove any impurities that may be in the system and with hydraulic systems varnishing is an issue so we have included a pressure pulsing system to remove these build-ups as with all out cleaning skids there is the option of live sampling to assess your hydraulic system during cleaning to ensure you get a NAS class clean.

We have in our hire fleet a 6kw long run generator 110v and 240v option

We have a small but powerful petrol powered water pump.

We currently have a choice of three trailers 

Small box trailer nice little trailer for that limited space areas but still boasting 3.5t carrying capacity.

Medium plant trailer 3.5t low side.

Large flat bed trailer fitted with a palfinger PC3300 2ton crane this is a hire with driver unit due to the crane.
